Gazit Immobilien seeks four basic types of commercial properties throughout Germany:
- Fachmarkt centers
- Community and neighborhood grocery anchored shopping centers
which provide daily essential shopping experience
- City center shopping centers with high profile tenant mix
- Land for retail development in central locations
All types of properties should fulfill the following criteria for acquisition:
- At least 60% of the rental income from the property must be generated
by retail use
- The minimum value of the investment is EURO 15 Million; there is no
upper limit
- Suitable catchment area for the size and type of the property
- Sufficient parking spaces for the property
- Centrally located or close to/direct access to highway/motorway network
We will consider any status of leasing or property conditions, as long as the property is well located.
